Ingredients
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
½ cup (40g) rolled oats
¼ cup (60g) natural peanut or almond butter
1 tbsp (8g) chia seeds
1 tbsp (15ml) honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp (12g) unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup (35g) mini dark chocolate chips or dried blueberries
1–2 tbsp (15–30ml) milk or plant milk
Instructions
1. Combine the base
In a bowl, mix the protein powder, oats, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
2. Add the wet ingredients
Add the peanut or almond butter, honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
3. Mix
Stir until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined.
4. Add your mix-ins
Fold in the mini chocolate chips or dried blueberries.
5. Shape
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
6. Chill
