                                               Ingredients

For 1 serving

1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
¼ cup (60g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1–2 tsp (5–10ml) maple syrup or honey, optional
1 tbsp (10g) mini dark chocolate chips
1–2 tbsp (15–30ml) unsweetened almond milk, as needed

                                              Instructions

1. Make the base
In a small bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder and peanut or almond butter.

2. Add optional sweetness
Mix in maple syrup or honey if desired.

3. Form the mixture
Stir until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.

4. Adjust the texture
If necessary, add unsweetened almond milk a little at a time until the mixture is easy to shape.

5. Add the chocolate chips
Fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.

6. Shape the bites
Roll the mixture into approximately 6–8 bite-sized balls.

7. Chill
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for the best texture, then enjoy.
