For the Salad
6 oz lean steak (sirloin or flank steak)
4 cups mixed greens
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup cucumber, sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
1. Season the steak
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
